There have been several eye-catchers over the past week or so that need to be kept on side for future engagements over the coming weeks.

FERENSBY (Richard Hannon): Denied on the line for us at 7/1 when last seen, this Richard Hannon trained horse is held in high regard and will have no issues in winning a novice at some stage over the coming weeks.

BOWTOGREATNESS (Ben Pauling): A combination of a bad ride and bad luck saw this novice chaser beat in a photo on his first go over the fences. Connections feel he has plenty more to offer this season and he’ll have no issues in going one better wherever he goes next.

LADY EROS (John & Thady Gosden): Punted off the boards from 10/1 into 10/3 on her AW debut, this Gosden trained filly was given plenty of ground to make up and was a tad unfortunate to finish 2nd. She’s bred to be well above average on the synthetics and is expected to have a productive winter campaign.
