Eye-catchers (9th-15th August)

WOW! What a fantastic week or so we’ve had on the service with recent highlights including: Tribal Chief (9/2), Elmonjed (11/4), Star of Mehmas (9/2) and Highland Spring (14/1) just this week alone!

Don’t forget to text ‘IN’ to the following number via WhatsApp: +447598585184  to take advantage of the discount I have running this week. We have a HUGE runner this weekend as well.

Three recent eye-catchers below from the past week:

ALMANJOOR (Richard Fahey) – Given far too much to do last time out by Oisin Orr at Beverley and having come from near enough last to 2nd that day his run deserves marking up. He’s felt to be well up to winning a similar event.

FORMIDABLE FORCE (James Ferugson) – Formidable Force had been withdrawn after getting upset in the stalls before an intended outing last month and he again failed to impress at the start, looking reluctant to load before breaking awkwardly. That slow start meant that Formidable Force had to come from much further back than the two who beat him, but he produced a power-packed finish to get to within a short head and a head of the winner, shaping best of all in third. A gelding operation and a drop back to sprinting have seemingly been the making of Formidable Force who won on his handicap debut on his previous start at Lingfield in June. He remains an unexposed, well-handicapped sprinter and is up to winning more races if coping better in the stalls.

NIGHTBIRD (Simon & Ed Crisford) – Failed to go a yard at Beverley on Thursday when missing the break and always on the backfoot. She saw off her race well into 4th with running left and is a filly to keen firmly on side in nurseries.
